Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before tour start - full advance refund. Within 24 hours, 50% advance is retained. No-show means full advance forfeited.
Advance Payment
20% advance confirms the booking. Balance paid at trip end or before departure on multi-day tours. UPI, NEFT, or cash accepted.
Blackout Date Surcharge
Peak travel dates - Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and long weekends - carry a surcharge set by admin. Communicated at quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are tour prices shown anywhere? Why are they not listed?
Tour pricing depends on three variables: your travel date (blackout dates carry a surcharge), your group size (more people = better per-person cost), and the cab type you choose. A fixed displayed price would either be wrong for most people or misleading. So we quote accurately – every time, by call, within 2 hours of your inquiry.
Do I need to arrange hotels? Or does AwsmCab do that too?
In Phase 1, hotels are not included in our tour packages – you arrange your own stays. Our service is the cab and the driver. In Phase 2, we plan to offer bundled packages through our travel agent portal (Ocean6 Holidays partnership) that include accommodation. For now, we focus on making your road journey flawless.
Is the dedicated driver with me the whole day? Can they wait while I explore?
Yes. Your driver is your all-day companion – they wait at each stop while you explore, eat, or rest. You’re not on a timer. The tour is driven at your pace. For long stops (over 2 hours), the driver rests nearby and is available on call. You have our support line too if you need anything en route.
Can I add or change stops after booking is confirmed?
Yes – before the trip. Call or WhatsApp us at least 12 hours before departure. Minor changes are accommodated at no extra cost. Major route deviations (adding cities, extending duration) will be re-quoted and confirmed. On the day of travel, the driver has the flexibility to adjust within reason.
What if I want a destination that's not in your 12 tours?
Use the Custom Itinerary tab in the form below. Tell us where you want to go, how many days, how many travellers, and any specific stops. Our team plans the route, assigns a driver, and sends a full quotation by call within 2 hours. No destination is too unusual – we’ve covered it before.
Can a corporate team book a group tour with GST invoice?
Absolutely. Corporate groups, office picnics, team outings – all accepted. Share your GST number, company name, and employee count in the inquiry form. We assign the right cab size, issue a GST-compliant invoice post-tour, and handle everything from driver to route. A dedicated corporate portal with wallet and multi-booking is launching in Phase 2.
