What if my flight is delayed? Will my driver wait?
Yes – for airport arrivals, your driver monitors your live flight status. The driver waits up to 30 minutes beyond your confirmed arrival time at no extra charge. Waiting beyond 30 minutes is billed at ₹100 per additional 15 minutes.
Is the fare fixed or does it change based on distance?
All airport and station transfers are fixed point-to-point fares. There’s no meter running. The fare you confirm at booking is what you pay – as long as the route doesn’t change. Think of it like a train ticket: fixed price, fixed route.
Are airport parking and terminal entry fees included?
Where exactly will the driver meet me at the airport?
Our team confirms the exact meeting point during the booking call – typically the arrivals exit, the prepaid taxi bay, or a specific gate as per your terminal. You can also request a name board for easy identification.
Can I book a transfer for a very early morning or late night flight?
Yes. We operate 24/7. Early morning 3 AM flights, midnight arrivals – all covered. Mention the time clearly in the inquiry form and our team will assign a driver accordingly. No extra charge for odd-hour pickups unless it falls on a blackout date.
Can my company use this for executive airport transfers with a GST invoice?
Absolutely. Enter your company name and GST number in the inquiry form. We issue a proper GST-compliant invoice post-transfer. This service will also be available through the dedicated corporate portal launching in Phase 2 with wallet payments and multi-admin booking.
