Cancel up to 4 hours before departure - full refund. Within 4 hours, 50% of fare applies.

Pickup, drop-off, passenger details, and luggage information must be provided at inquiry. Extra distance or waiting time may be charged at actuals.
Blackout Date Surcharge
Peak season surcharges apply during Durga Puja, Diwali, Bihu, and long weekends. Updated by admin and communicated at booking.

What's the difference between Reserved and Shared?
Reserved means you book the entire cab – nobody else gets in, and the driver goes directly to your destination. Shared means you book one or more seats on a cab that’s heading the same way with other passengers. Reserved costs more. Shared costs less. Think of it as private jet vs. flight seat.
What kinds of items can I send?
Documents, packed goods, dry food items, household items, clothes, and business products are accepted. Not allowed: hazardous materials, liquids, perishable food, illegal items, live animals, or fragile items without proper packaging. If in doubt, mention the contents in your inquiry – our team will advise you.
Can I share a cab with strangers on the Shared booking?
Yes – that’s the point of Shared. All co-passengers are verified through our booking process. All are going to the same city. Shared bookings are typically used by solo travellers, students, and professionals on common intercity routes. Our admin manages who gets assigned to the same trip.
How does shared dynamic pricing actually work?
The total cab fare is divided across seats, but unevenly. The first person to book takes on the most risk – they pay the most. As more passengers join and the cab fills up, the price per remaining seat drops automatically. The last seat is always the cheapest. It’s like early-bird airline pricing, but in reverse – later is cheaper here.
How are one-way trips created - who decides the route?
Trips are created two ways. First, when a car rental or airport transfer cab has buffer time at the drop point – the admin creates a one-way opportunity for that leg. Second, when an external driver registers availability for a specific route on their own cab. Admin approves both and publishes the listing.
Is there a receipt for the delivery? How do I know it arrived?
Yes. The driver gets a handover receipt from the sender at pickup, signed by both parties. Upon delivery, the receiver signs and confirms receipt. Our team WhatsApps the sender once the delivery is completed. In Phase 2, live tracking will be available on the app, allowing both sender and receiver to track the delivery in real time.
