Why is Phase 2 not live yet? What's the exact timeline?
Building a platform for 6 user types with real-time tracking, wallet, multi-admin booking, and KYC workflows takes serious engineering time. We’re building it right, not fast. The 6-month estimate is from the date this page went live. Backend infrastructure is in progress. Driver app and consumer app follow in Month 3-5. Full platform launches in Month 6.
What does pre-registration actually get me?
I'm a fleet owner. Can I register now as a vendor?
The vendor portal is a Phase 2 feature, but you can pre-register today by selecting “Fleet Vendor / Car Owner” in the form above. Our team will reach out to you during the vendor portal build phase to begin your onboarding process early – so you’re ready to list the moment the portal goes live.
Can I use AwsmCab right now without the app?
Yes – that’s exactly what Phase 1 is. Every service page (Car Rental, Airport Transfer, One Way, Tour Packages, Corporate) has an inquiry form. Submit the form, our team confirms by call within 2 hours, and your booking is done. The app makes this instant – but the service is available right now.
Will the app be free to download?
Yes. The AwsmCab consumer app is free to download on Android and iOS. You pay for the rides, not the app. The wallet feature is optional – you can also pay cash or card at the end of each trip if you prefer. All portals (Corporate, Travel Agent, Vendor) are also free to use – accounts are activated post-KYC.
